Please ensure all spellings are thoroughly checked. Once a submission is made, it will enter production with the exact spelling as submitted. Accuracy is absolutely critical.

Upon submission, a copy will be sent to both the Clinic and Pet Reflections. Please note that the customer will not receive an email confirmation.
